We are pleased to announce a number of investments being made in our company, with the entry of a new partner, Ivan Larosi, into the corporate structure and the contribution of new energy and novelties.
Consequently, our company has undergone a legal transformation, passing from the form of a s.a.s. to the form of a srl, by deed of notary D. Scerbo, registered at the Company Registry on 27/05/2024.
The transformation will take effect as of the aforementioned date and will entail a change in the company name, which will become:

Head office, telephone numbers, e-mail addresses and VAT number will remain the same: we will continue to serve you directly from our well-known warehouse where, with our current staff, we will continue to personally take care of the distribution of our products and new products that will be launched on the market.
The direct conversion keeps all relations with the company valid and unchanged. We therefore invite you to change the name on all your tax documents addressed to us and in any contracts concluded with you.
Our common goal is to raise the level of service and expand the range of materials on offer. In order to increase our activities and services, we will soon present ourselves to you with a new website and new products, for an even wider range of supply.
A few years ago, with our 50-year anniversary together, we celebrated the important milestone of half a century in business, and if we have come this far, it is thanks to everyone’s valuable contribution and close cooperation. Now, more than ever, we are at your disposal and invite you to contact us for any delivery needs or product requests.
