Our operations are supported by daily pickups performed by the most reliable international couriers, including UPS, DHL, GLS Executive and SDA. Thanks to established partnerships with specialized regional carriers such as Varotto and C.o.m., we ensure widespread and timely distribution.

This logistics infrastructure allows us to handle every shipment with maximum flexibility, ensuring that industrial components reach their destination quickly and in complete safety.

Our logistics operate from Monday to Friday to guarantee a constant and reliable service. For all items in stock, we ensure same-day shipment if the order confirmation is received by 11:00 AM. This commitment allows us to minimize machine downtime for our customers, offering an immediate response to the needs of the industrial sector.

To preserve the absolute integrity of industrial spare parts, we adopt strict protective packaging standards. Sensitive metal components and heavy loads are treated with an anti-corrosion oil layer and sealed in high-resistance transparent plastic bags. This process provides a complete barrier against moisture and atmospheric agents, ensuring that every part arrives in perfect condition, ready for immediate installation.

Tracking and delivery flexibility During periods of heavy logistics congestion (such as the Christmas holidays) or in case of trade union disputes in the transport sector, couriers may deliver shipments to their local pickup points to ensure availability to the recipient. We strongly recommend constantly monitoring the FedEx tracking code provided upon departure to promptly manage any delivery variations.

Documentation

Every Larosi Srl shipment is accompanied by the Transport Document (DDT / CMR) placed directly inside the package. To ensure maximum operational efficiency, all technical and legal documentation — including Certificates of Conformity (CoC), Technical Data Sheets (TDS), Certificates of Origin (CoO) and Food-Grade certifications — can be sent digitally in advance, before the goods are delivered. This approach allows our partners to prepare their internal processes without delay.

For our dealers operating outside the European Union, we follow a strict protocol to facilitate customs operations. Once payment confirmation is received, our logistics department prepares the complete set of required documents. All certificates of origin and export invoices are uploaded electronically and handed over to the courier simultaneously with the goods pickup, ensuring fast and hassle-free customs clearance.

Replacement

At Larosi Srl, our responsibility does not end when the shipment leaves the warehouse.

If an order arrives damaged, it is essential to report any anomalies directly on the carrier’s transport document and notify us immediately via email at our dedicated addresses (larosipadova@gmail.com for Italy or larosi.eu@gmail.com for abroad). By attaching detailed photos of the packaging and product, as well as the order references, you will enable us to immediately activate verification procedures and resolve the issue in the shortest possible time.

Regarding the management of standard spare parts and in-stock components, we guarantee an extremely fast replacement procedure. If the need for a replacement is confirmed by 11:00 AM, the replacement item will be processed and handed over to the courier the same afternoon.

This emergency protocol is specifically designed to minimize downtime of our customers’ machinery, ensuring operational continuity for your plants.

In case of suspected loss of the package during transit, our logistics office promptly intervenes by initiating a formal investigation with the carrier. We invite you to report any unusual delay by indicating the order number and the involved article codes. Although our operations remain subject to external variables and force majeure events, Larosi Srl is committed to monitoring every stage of the shipment until final delivery, offering constant and transparent support.

Which couriers do you use for shipping, and can I choose my own carrier?

Our logistics management is flexible and designed to adapt to your company procedures. Each package can be delivered via the carrier specified by the Customer (freight collect): simply provide your account details during the ordering phase. If you do not have an active contract with a carrier, Larosi Srl will manage the shipment through its strategic partners (BRT or FedEx), applying our discounted rates directly to the invoice.

Which couriers are used for standard packages versus heavy industrial loads or pallets?

At Larosi Srl, we optimize the choice of carrier based on the type of goods. For standard packages and small components, we primarily rely on FedEx/TNT to ensure speed and global traceability.
For heavy, bulky industrial loads or pallet shipments, we use BRT Bartolini, leveraging their specialized infrastructure for handling heavy goods with total safety and efficiency.

What are the expected delivery times?

For goods available in stock, orders received by 11:00 AM are processed and handed over to the courier the same afternoon. Larosi Srl guarantees maximum promptness in order fulfillment; however, actual transit times may vary due to causes beyond our company’s control, such as strikes, adverse weather events, or natural disasters.

What is the cutoff time to confirm an order and guarantee same-day dispatch?

To ensure that goods leave our warehouse on the same day, the order must be confirmed by 11:00 AM for all items available in stock. It is understood that, while guaranteeing maximum operational promptness, Larosi Srl cannot be held responsible for delays resulting from force majeure causes not attributable to the company, such as strikes, natural disasters, or exceptional weather events.

Are shipments only made on business days, or is Saturday dispatch available for urgent orders?

Our logistics department operates from Monday to Friday. All shipments are made exclusively during business days for orders confirmed within the established cutoff time. No goods are dispatched on Saturday or Sunday; orders received during the weekend will be processed and shipped the following Monday.

Can you guarantee that all spare parts are shipped in their original packaging and with intact factory seals?

Absolutely. Larosi Srl guarantees that all components are delivered in their original manufacturer’s packaging, with factory seals perfectly intact. As a professional B2B supplier, we ensure that every item maintains full traceability and complies with the high quality standards established by the parent company (OEM).

Do you provide (or can you offer) photographic documentation of the goods and packaging before delivery to the courier?

Certainly. Upon request, we can provide detailed photographic documentation of the items and their packaging before they leave our warehouse. This service, available if necessary, ensures maximum transparency and offers visual confirmation that the order has been prepared according to our high quality standards, ready for safe transport.

Can customers organize their own transport and have the goods picked up by their trusted courier at your warehouse?

Certainly. We fully support customers who prefer to manage their own logistics. Our warehouse is structured to facilitate third-party pickups and hosts daily visits from major international and regional couriers, including GLS Executive, SDA, UPS, and DHL. How is tracking information communicated to the reseller? Is the process automated via email?

For all international shipments managed via FedEx, we offer an automated tracking system. Once the order leaves the warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email containing the tracking number and a direct link to monitor the shipment in real-time. For deliveries made with other carriers or regional couriers, tracking details are provided by our logistics team as soon as the pickup is confirmed.

When will I receive the invoice for my order?

In accordance with Italian legislation on electronic invoicing in effect since January 1, 2019, the procedure follows these steps:
Data Verification: Our system will verify the billing data provided (standard timing: 1-2 business days).
Issuance: If the data is correct, the XML format invoice will be issued at the end of the month and transmitted to the Exchange System (SDI).
Courtesy Copy: You will receive a courtesy copy in PDF format within 30 days. Please note: For advance payments or international shipments, an advance invoice may be issued.

What is the official protocol if the goods arrive damaged?

To allow us to manage the claim and activate insurance coverage, it is necessary to strictly follow this procedure:
Reporting to the courier: It is essential to indicate the damage on the transport documents at the time of delivery, adding a “Specific reservation of control” describing the visible damage.
Photographic documentation: Take detailed photos of the packaging and the damaged products.
Immediate notification: Promptly send an email to larosipadova@gmail.com (for domestic shipments) or larosi.eu@gmail.com (for foreign shipments).
Necessary data: The email must include
– Date and order number.
– Item code.
– Name of the courier and description of the damage.
Photos of the received product. This procedure is indispensable to allow us to carry out the necessary checks and resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

What happens if my shipment is lost?

If the order does not arrive within the expected timeframe and a loss is suspected, please promptly send an email to larosipadova@gmail.com (for domestic shipments) or larosi.eu@gmail.com (for foreign shipments). It is necessary to provide the order number and date, as well as the item code. This will allow us to immediately initiate the necessary checks with the courier and resolve the problem in the shortest possible time.

How quickly do you guarantee the replacement of an item?

For standard items and spare parts available in stock, we guarantee the same speed as a normal order. If the replacement is confirmed by 11:00 AM, the shipment will take place the same afternoon. Larosi Srl ensures maximum priority for these procedures; however, we cannot be held responsible for delivery delays resulting from force majeure causes not attributable to the company, such as strikes, natural disasters, or adverse weather events.


Limitation of Liability for Force Majeure

Larosi Srl cannot be held liable for delays or contractual breaches resulting from events beyond its reasonable control.

Such Force Majeure clause includes, by way of example: strikes and labor disputes, riots, terrorist threats, acts of war, natural disasters (fires, floods, earthquakes, pandemics), as well as the impossibility of using public/private transport networks or telecommunications infrastructure. In such circumstances, performance of the obligations will be suspended for a period equal to the duration of the event, with a proportional extension of delivery terms.
